Shift Supervisor Filling in Pharmaceutical Production (m/f/d)

In this position you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees on a specific line. Furthermore, your tasks include: Daily organization of the routine sequences of the respective layer (including employee talks and control of sliding time and disease levels) Regular on-site control of work results Control of batch logs (incl. yield calculation, key number detection, hours and material booking lists) and compliance with the agreed transit time Ensuring the timely processing and training of employees Perform regular checks using 6S, EHS & GMP rounds Working with the plant as required (max. 50%)

Multiannual experience in employee management Finded professional experience in the aseptic production of parenteral products and good GMP and GDP knowledge Communication strength as well as an independent, structured and responsible operation Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Willingness to work in a shift
