These challenges include: Together with us, shape the further development of purchasing processes, procurement systems and governance issues Support in the analysis, modelling and optimization of processes and system landscapes in SAP Signavio Gain insights into the control of tool and award processes within a global purchase Work on the preparation and follow-up of process bodies and prepare basis for decision Create management presentations, analyses and communication documents for different target groups Design modern communication and information media (e.g. presentations, intranet contributions, guides or communication campaigns) for knowledge transfer Use modern AI applications for process, communication and governance Take your own theme packages and present your results in front of the team or department The activity can begin from February 2027.

Degree course Economics, BWL, Media or Communication Management or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel Experience in creating presentations, visualizations or communication materials of advantage Previous knowledge of process modeling desirable Interest in the visual processing of content as well as in the design of modern communication and media formats Engagement, reliability and team capability Analytical thinking and strategic working Communication and presentation capability Enthusiasm for new topics and technologies
