Lead Expert Service Integration - German Mission Network (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. Lead Expert Service Integration - German Mission Network (m/w/d) from now on and in full or part-time at one of our BWI locations. Shared Service Delivery (SSD) is responsible for the service design, service development and provision of all end-user, data centers & cloud infrastructure and communication services of the BWI service portfolio. It provides predominantly standardized service solutions for customers. Shared service delivery is an integral part of the CDO and is therefore crucially responsible for the common objectives and measures. Our incentive is maximum operational stability and high customer satisfaction. The Shared Service Architecture sub-area is responsible for providing service solutions through the development, adaptation or Combining services to support customer business processes. The System Integration area is responsible for implementing SSD performance components in the various GMN projects. The focus of the activity is within the framework of the German Mission Network project and the implementation of highly automated platforms for the provision of resources for applications close to use by the Bundeswehr.

Technical management / control of the plan and build phases of overlapping service solutions of shared service delivery Coordination of various cross-disciplinary topics, projects and timelines as a generalist Management-oriented communication and reporting Extensive coordination of procedures within shared service delivery Preparation of decision templates for management and reporting to management Outstanding stakeholder management as part of external influences and dependencies Management of conflicts of interest

Complete study of computer science, another MINT course or comparable training At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in the military context in the specified tasks or in the implementation of complex IT integration projects in the planning, construction and administration of IT systems Wide-ranging knowledge of common IT technologies and infrastructures and very good understanding of complex technical relationships (including transferable Rz components, automated platforms, different information domains, virtualization, IT basic protection) Experience in communication and cooperation with medium and high management as well as managing directors within their own organization and in the customer environment Innovative and forward-looking mindset with the setting for proactive and cooperative solution finding
