• You are responsible for the self-sponsored care of a fixed housing stock and perform regular visual and functional checks as well as acceptances/delivery of the apartments by
• You ensure cleanliness in the residential areas and carry out minor repairs and simple craft activities (e.g. moisture measurements)
• In addition, you control and document works of external service providers:inside (slope of the exterior, staircase cleaning etc.)
• As part of the tenants:in-time you are the first contact person for our tenants:inside and simple any tenants:internal disputes
• As part of the emergency service, you provide the complete availability for our tenants:

• You have completed a craftsmanship or comparable training - we are also happy to offer cross-release:inside with technical affinity
• Ideally, you already bring first professional experience in the housing industry
• We require good German and IT skills
