Your tasks:

• Coordination of a DMU team in the field of on-board network development
• Coordination, implementation and monitoring of the team in handling work packages
• Control, coordination and coordination with the development departments
• Documentation of change management
• Training of new employees: inside
• Responsibility for quality, methods and process conformity

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in automotive engineering, electrical engineering or comparable training
• Knowledge in Daimler CAD Construction
• Ideally first experience in managing development projects and employees
• Knowledge of OEM requirements and development processes for on-board components
• Experience in handling Siemens NX 12.02, Team Center, Smaragd
• Very good knowledge of customer requirements and product development process
• German and English language skills
