Maintaining and strengthening relationships: You enter our existing customers, build strategic long-term links and bring them forward in a targeted manner Connecting and expanding networks: You identify market potentials, gain targeted new customers and convince with competent advice and a secure sense of individual requirements Connecting people: You win matching talents, professionally engage them across all phases of the application process and create sustainable added value for both sides In the middle of this, you actively participate in the strategic development of our site and bring your ideas into the daily business in a solution-oriented manner. You have relevant professional experience in the distribution of personal services in the field of industrial technology Multiannual experience in sales as well as in external services, in particular in the production of new customers and long-term customer support You are sure to move to the Employee Transfer Act (AÜG), Labour Law and you have a well-founded knowledge of collective bargaining conditions in employee transfer You convince in contract negotiations and make sure that your offers are successfully tracked from creation to completion. You have a valid class B license
