As a R&B manager, you are the central switching point between kitchen, service and management. You make sure our Food & Beverage area not only runs, but shines! You coordinate schedules, orders, reservations and events

You are contact for guests, suppliers and your team

You take care of quality assurance according to the Nouri standards

You coordinate and guide events together with our Salesforce and complete the events

You support service and kitchen in administrative tasks

You introduce your own ideas to make the Nouri experience even better

A completed training in the hotel industry or gastronomy

Experience in the R&B sector, in particular in the coordination of service processes

Organizational talent, hand-on mentality and a heart for hospitality

Good knowledge of German and English, French as an advantage

Your computer is intuitive, MS Office is not a foreign word

Enthusiasm for culinary trends, design and details
