The Tender Management team is an integral part of the Mobility business unit and focuses on all tasks related to the creation of offers. In addition to our tender managers who create offers, we are looking for active support in the role as a project manager:in which the development and implementation of improvement potentials such as the introduction of standard processes, process optimizations and the development of templates pragmatically drives and leads. This dedicated role is crucial for the long-term professionalization (quality and efficiency increase) of the Tender Management team and the promotion of offerings in the mobility business.

Together with the Tender Management team and other stakeholders in the business area, You identify potential for improvement, e.g. in the regular team workshops, in order to optimize daily work and supply creation in a sustainable manner. In coordination with the management of Tender Management, you prioritise these potentials, take over the leadership in their preparation and drive their development in a targeted manner. In doing so, coordinate the contributions of the project teams (e.g. Tender Manager) or undertake independent process analyses to develop innovative and practical solutions, including proof of concepts. You work closely with relevant interfaces such as the entire sales organization, operations, the commercial sector, legal and management to meet their requirements and to take into account in the development of processes and templates. You actively support the implementation of new solutions by controlling rollouts, organizing user training and ensuring that the new approaches are successfully implemented. You continuously evaluate the success of the measures applied and initiate further optimizations in time where necessary.

Completed studies in the field of economics or engineering, or a successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Reliable experience in project management, also in Tender/Bid management or sales Excellent conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured and independent way of working, coupled with pragmatism Convincing communication and presentation capabilities to act with a wide range of stakeholders Current language skills in German and English
