As a façade building manager: in the turn-key construction, you will be on the road with us in the area of Cologne of the NRW Directorate at the construction sites in the Cologne area as well as south-east NRW. A completed study in the field of civil engineering, preferably with the direction of deepening facade technology or metal engineering or comparable training Including professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of MS Office as well as in a billing and costing program Negotiating skills and enforcement Team spirit as well as an independent, committed and responsible way of working complete your profile
