These exciting tasks come to you:

• Prepare mixtures according to recipes
• Assembly of machines (pressing) with blanks
• removal of the processed parts and execution of the final control (recording of different parameters)
• Implementation of internal transport and material movements As a team leader, you later take responsibility for about 4-6 employees. You plan the daily processing of the orders in consultation with the management, support the new employees in the process and are contact persons for questions.

• You will preferably have experiences in the manufacturing industry, e.g. as a production employee, machine operator, specialist for metal technology, construction worker, helper construction, forging aider (m/w/d)
• You have craftsmanship and are physically resilient
• You dare to lead a little team later
• Day shift readiness 06:30- 14:00 Monday to Friday (overtime Monday to Thursday until 15:00 according to instruction)
• For understanding the work instructions, you bring good knowledge of German
