Responsibility for the facility management of 6 branches/objects (Hamburg, Stuhr, Chassis, Purchases, Rendsburg, Sarsted t) Management of cooperation with external service providers Organisation of tenders for repair and installation measures and commercial and technical analysis of proposed solutions Cost and Budget Responsibility Date, quality and cost control of the performance of subcontractors Cooperation with Raben-Internal Operations, Country and Group Managers and the Investment Department Cooperation with state institutions

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) im Bereich Facility Management, Building Technology, Supply and Electrical Engineering Founded professional experience in technical facility management as well as in the care of several objects Good knowledge in the field of TGA (electro and HKLS), fire protection knowledge is advantageous Experience in handling a CAFM system is advantageous Good knowledge of English for international exchange (language courses are offered) Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness as well as a structured and team-oriented way of working A sovereign occurrence vis-à-vis service providers and subcontractors Fun on travel activities in the course of object care
