Head of the Department of Transport Processing of basic matters or particularly difficult basic issues Conceptual development of the local transport objectives of the circle Technical direction of the continuation of the local transport plan Participation and control of procurement procedures for bus line bundles in cooperation with the transport network Strategic management of PNV infrastructure projects from the planning phase, implementation to project completion, contract and financing negotiations Negotiation of compensation rates for the ongoing operation of trams and buses Participation in the creation of forum templates Exercise of the role-carrier function and representation of the circle interests in project groups, working groups Preparation and implementation of meetings with external contacts Budget planning, management and controlling for the products of the unit on local and occasional transport, creation and reporting of the management cockpit for the mobility management and transport budget, and monitoring and presentation of the financial and temporal developments of investment projects in local transport

Graduate degree in Public Management (Bachelor or Diploma) or degree in the field of transport planning, transport sciences, geography, business management, economics or degree as an administrative specialist (w/m/d) Multiannual professional experience required Traffic planning basic understanding or willingness to acquire this quickly Feeling for the communicative environment Knowledge of relevant MS Office applications High level of leadership competencies within the meaning of our principles of cooperation and leadership, in particular in terms of personnel, communication, behaviour and control driving licence class B
