What should you bring?

• An at least one-year professional experience in financial accounting
• High motivation and responsibility
• Contact, communication and team skills
• An already practiced handling of financial accounting software
• Ideal knowledge of SAP/R3
• Basic knowledge of MS-Word and MS-Excel as well as common email programs

What do you expect?

• Check and book input and output invoices in SAP/R3
• Account voting and clarification
• Budget monitoring
• implementation of medium requirements in accordance with the grant agreement
• Creation and verification of account balances
• Data processing and care (in MS-Excel and SAP/R3)
• Maintenance of the digital folder structure
