You build sustainable business relationships with institutional investors on your own:inside, you enter and develop them strategically – especially with pension funds, pension funds and insurance companies You identify strategically relevant sales partners:inside, address them specifically and qualify them sustainably to expand our investor and partner network. You structure, negotiate and record complex development transactions with a focus on forward deals and coordinate the entire due diligence process You conduct negotiations and decision-making at management level and develop individual, tailor-made solutions for investors:inside You work closely and proactively with our project development, portfolio and asset management, finance, legal and tax departments to ensure optimal transaction structures You continuously test the market and competition and conduct targeted sales and investment strategies that you successfully implement You represent our company professionally at national and international industry events, trade fairs and roadshows and convincingly present our projects and transactions
