Your role with us: You work closely with our specialist departments and take responsibility in smaller IT projects step by step. This is not only about technology – it is about understanding requirements, developing solutions and implementing them successfully together.

Working and taking responsibility into smaller IT projects (e.g. selection & introduction of new software solutions) Close cooperation with specialist departments for the acceptance and implementation of requirements Support and further development of our systems – especially in the ERP environment Analysis of problems and development of pragmatic solutions Moderation and partial management of appointments with internal stakeholders Support in everyday IT if necessary (e.g. for smaller technical topics or cross-departmental tasks)

First professional experience in IT (no professional starters directly after studying) Experience in projects or strong interest in taking responsibility Basic understanding of ERP systems SQL knowledge (you don't have to be a professional, but should be able to move safely) Solid IT-Basics (e.g. basic understanding of systems, networks and typical IT processes) readiness to pack even pragmatically outside of your own focus Good communication skills and a safe occurrence in coordination Structured and solution-oriented operation
