Start your future in the field of social work together with the Rubin charitable GmbH and the IU International University (IU). In the Dual myStudium – accredited as a dual remote study – you collect your practice experience in the company and learn the theory to be 100% virtual, complemented by optional digital accompanying events.

RUBIN is an offer of worker welfare (AWO) in the area of adult integration aid. In special housing and outpatient settings, the team supports people individually on their way to more self-employment and quality of life.

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are interested in working with adults in special situations of life You bring empathy, resilience and sense of responsibility You show your own initiative and work structured You have a class B licence You have ideally gained first experiences in the social field, such as FSJ or BFD You are open to shift and weekend work, about 1x monthly Career prospects: If you have successfully passed the final exam, you have the opportunity to take over with numerous possibilities for development
