As a market leader, you support the local management in managing our Selgros markets and also represent them in absence. You work in the team together with a colleague in the layer system and are always available as a competent contact person for our customers and employees. You are both professional and disciplinary supervisors for all departments and ensure the organisation of a smooth business process in the area of responsibility. This includes: Achievement of economic indicators Ensuring maximum sales readiness and monitoring of the flow of goods Modern employee management – organisation, control and coaching of sales teams Care of customer contacts Competitiveness Observation of the holding by regional circumstances/trends Ensuring operational safety Compliance with statutory requirements

Commercial training, ideal in the food industry or wholesale Multiannual professional experience as market management, branch management, department management or team management in food trade, with gastronomic experience Passion for Trade Leadership experience and strong social competence Flexibility, resilience and sense of responsibility Embossed customer orientation
