Consultancy and design: You act as the main technical partner for the HR field by converting business requirements into future-oriented IT concepts. This includes the strategic selection, design and implementation of new HR IT solutions and the design of functional requirements up to the operational implementation and optimization of the existing product portfolio. Product responsibility: You take responsibility for your themes, ensure their smooth operation and actively promote the continuous development. Interface function: You act as a link between specialist departments, stakeholders and external service providers and always communicate at eye level. Innovation drivers: You have technological trends in mind and check how new technologies – such as AI or automation – can make our HR processes even smarter. With your pioneering spirit, you give impulses for digital transformation and transform visions into real competitive advantages. .
