Head of Insulation Technology (m/f/d)

Our client is a renowned and traditional technical service provider, complete provider and worldwide competent partner for industry and plant engineering, the energy and construction industry.

At the closest possible time, we are looking for a leading and forward-looking manager (m/w/d) of the “Technical Insulations” division at the attractive location in Südhessen.

You run the department with around 70 employees and report directly to the management with which you work strategically closely. As direct reports, You lead a team of five experienced, highly motivated and independent project leaders and, together with them, develop creative solutions for tomorrow's challenges. You manage projects together with the responsible teams in terms of quality, dates and costs and ensure successful implementation. You have a look at the budgets, business plans and results of your profit center, continuously analyze the key figures, identify opportunities and risks and implement innovative ideas. You are contact persons for internal and external partners and actively participate in contract and claim management.

You have completed your studies as a civil engineer or with a comparable subject, as an alternative, you have a technical or craft training with further training as a master or technician (m/w/d). You come from the construction industry, ideally the area of insulation or adjacent structures, and are experienced in the technical and economic control and execution of construction projects. You are a state-of-the-art executive, who has already been successful in a comparable position, performs role models and has the pleasure of motivating teams and continuously developing them. You think and act entrepreneurial, are process-affin and know each other with modern project management tools. You develop committed and enthusiastic new solution ideas, want to identify yourself personally with your professional task and have the drive to bring forward a business proactively together with a professional team. You are regionally ready to travel to a limited extent.
