Become part of our team and take over as Senior Business Analyst MilCommS (m/w/d) a key role in identification, Implementation and further development of IT services in the context of military Communication systems. In this responsible position you act as a central interface between ongoing projects, users who Procurement agency of the Bundeswehr and the BWI. Through a structured Project activities create the basis for the successful contract Implementation of IT projects. They contribute significantly to the design of complete life cycle – from the first idea to the successful Implementation – and are therefore a key factor for future developments.

-Your tasks:-

· Identification and specification of requirements for future IT services · Overarching operational management and coordination of Performance · Establishment and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders (agers, users, BWI, Industry) and ensuring smooth cooperation · moderation and solution of conflicts of interest and goals Ensuring coordination between all relevant actors · Creation of reports, policy templates and presentations for the project management and the contracting authority · Monitoring the progress of the project in cooperation with the Project manager

-Your profile:

· University degree or comparable · At least 4 years of relevant professional and project experience in Bundeswehr customer environment, preferably in the field of IT management, IT infrastructure and/or management information systems · Proven competences in stakeholder management, in coordination cross-organisational projects as well as in personnel and Resource planning · Funded knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA, agile approaches) and their application in practice · Multiannual Method Experience in Requirements Management · Embossed communicative skills as well as the ability to complex Control processes structured and solution-oriented · Experience in the professional leadership of (project) teams and in handling with complex project structures · Embossed conceptual skills, analytical and solution-oriented thinking · Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and Writing · Travel readiness (max. 60 %)
