Program Manager (m/f/d)

As a Program Manager at Quantum-Systems, you take the holistic responsibility for demanding projects in the field of unmanned systems. You coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensure smooth project implementation and act as a central interface between internal stakeholders and external partners. Your work makes a direct contribution to the successful implementation of innovative UAV solutions in demanding applications.

What is your Day to Day Mission: You conduct cross-disciplinary programs (procurement programs) in the military/ regulatory area from planning to successful implementation.

You are responsible for timetables, milestones, dependencies and risk management to ensure reliable project execution.

You provide transparency and alignment between all relevant stakeholders and support sound decisions.

You coordinate resources and priorities across different teams and combine technical, operational and business requirements.

You monitor the progress of the program, recognize risks early and develop appropriate countermeasures.

You establish and optimize program management processes, governance structures and reporting standards.

You ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire program lifecycle.

You promote a collaborative and hands-on working, which helps teams achieve ambitious goals.

You are instrumental in successfully bringing innovative autonomous systems to the market and enabling our customers to make better decisions.

What you bring to the team: Multiannual experience in program management, project management, product operations or a comparable role, preferably in the military/ regulatory field.

Detectable experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary programs in technology-driven companies.

Embossed skills in stakeholder management and a safe occurrence at all levels of business.

Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies and priorities.

Excellent organisational, planning and prioritization capabilities.

Analytical thinking, high problem-solving competence and a pragmatic hands-on mentality.

Experience with common program management methods, planning tools and reporting structures.

Very good English knowledge of word and writing; German knowledge is advantageous.
