Future Technical Naval Project Manager (m/f/d)

Project Manager (m/w/d) Main System (PM‐MS) with a perspective overall responsibility for assigned main systems in a new naval project Preparing and taking responsibility for a main system in a technologically demanding, dynamic environment Build and maintain stakeholder management competencies towards customers, authorities and external partners Controlling the technical and system managers in terms of quality, cost and time QKT across all project phases to ensure the project objectives Responsibility for adhering to defined processes, methods and tools and for knowledge transfer within the project Coordination of interdisciplinary teams from engineering, manufacturing and procurement as well as effective management of customers, suppliers, acceptance authorities and partners Working in risk, change and configuration management to ensure a controlled project environment

Complete technical studies (e.g. shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) and multi-year professional experience, preferably in the marine or defence industry Funded project management knowledge as well as first practical experience with methods of system engineering Ideally proven project management certification, such as IPMA Level C or B Conceptual and system-oriented thinking, independent solution of complex problems and precise analysis Representative team and intercultural competence, high enforcement and entrepreneurial thinking Self-conscious, committed action, high resilience and sovereign and solution-oriented approach in critical situations Very good English knowledge, safe handling of current MS Office applications and readiness to national and international travel, including possible seafaring
