Completed studies engineering (machine engineering, automation technology, process engineering, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in the searched field, preferably in the defence or aviation industry Outstanding knowledge in quality management and supplier development Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good technical understanding, analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a safe occurrence Problem-solving competence, structured functioning and enforcement capability as well as pronounced communication strength
