• As a (Junior) Account Manager (m/w/d) after a comprehensive onboarding, you advise our medium-sized business customers and drive the digital growth of your customers in cloud, security, AI, IoT, software as a services, landline and mobile.
• Through an intensive preparation for your customer appointments, you can ask the right questions, identify the challenges and needs of your customers and develop and offer the appropriate solutions.
• You develop ideas and solutions based on the Vodafone product portfolio without losing sight of the goal for completion.
• You are structuring and managing sales projects and working closely with your sales team and external partners to advance the digital transformation with your customers.
• Your tasks include support for existing customers and new customer acquisitions.

What distinguishes you:

• A successfully completed study or commercial training
• Ideally first professional experience - whether in sales, in start-up or advice.
• Enthusiasm for digitization trends and passion for sales.
• Communication strength, safe occurrence and a structured and enduring pursuit of your own goals.
• Readiness to learn, desire for knowledge and flexible handling with changes.
• A structured, reflected and independent way of working.
• English language and writing (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
