Own-responsible practical management and organisation of administrative procedures Date and resource management Maintenance of master data in the medical information system (AIS) and laboratory information system (LIS) Responsibility for cash settlement and private liquidation Communication and correspondence with the medical association, medical chamber, health insurance and patients Treatment of complaint management Application management (including KV approvals, billing permits and training authorisations) Postal and exit organisation Preparation and support for contract matters Care of corporate identity and administrative company documents Correspondence and organisational support of management Optimization and further development of administrative processes Technical support and coordination of the management team

Completed commercial training, health education or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in practical management or in a comparable health management function Very good knowledge in the field of practical organization and accounting Safe handling of practical software as well as common MS Office applications Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed organizational talent and sense of responsibility Communication strength as well as a sovereign and friendly appearance High discretion, reliability and team capability
