You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have already gained experience in building management or costing You are familiar with construction contract regulations and the construction contract law You control the safe handling of relevant IT programs and the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) Part A, B and C You are happy to work in the team and appreciate the professional exchange with your colleagues: You have a high self-motivation and speak fluent German You have a class B licence
