In the Department of Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Nephrology and Diabetology at the Johannesstift site we are looking for a PFLEGEFACHKRAFT (m/w/d) for the Department of Nephrology and Diabetology.

REQUIREMENTS

• By means of qualified nursing activities, they support the care of our patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases and all forms of high blood pressure disease.
• They raise the individual care needs of patients on the basis of conversations, professional patient monitoring and the use of assessment instruments.
• You organize, design and plan the care specialist care of the kidney patients during the stationary stay.
• They define targeted care professional interventions based on the care diagnosis after joint coordination with the patients and implement them.
• They evaluate the care professional interventions carried out with regard to their effectiveness and adapt the care if necessary.
• They are responsible for a specialist documentation according to legal requirements.
• They cooperate with internal and external interfaces (e.g. dialysis, outpatient and stationary care facilities, relatives, etc.).

PROFIL

• You have completed training as a nurse (m/w/d) or in health and nursing.
• They have ideally already gained experience in the field of nephrology and diabetics.
• They show willingness to receive regular training.
• They are characterized by team skills and responsibility.
• They have a pronounced organizational competence and flexibility.
• You are interested in working on the targeted development of the house.
