We, the TechAcademy MO, develop and implement tailor-made and future-oriented training measures to top technological topics to actively shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz Cars. Follow we have a holistic approach: from demand analysis to actual educational landscape to future perspective. These challenges include: Participation in the design, organisation, implementation and evaluation of training measures Cooperation in the operational course of technical qualification in Bremen and interdisciplinary activities in other Mercedes-Benz Cars Locations Administrative activities (e.g. setting courses and events) in the Learning Management System Work in shopfloor management and optimization of current formats With the help of communication in the context of technical qualification The duration of the internship is 6 months. The activity can begin from March 2026 (after consultation also earlier).
