On-site support at IT workstations Installation & maintenance of PC workstation hardware Advice and troubleshooting by phone or email on soft and hardware requests Error analysis/release at First/Second Level level and possibly qualified forwarding Documentation of disturbances in an ITSM ticket system, control and monitoring of tickets Operating, administration of user and computer systems Working in exciting IT logistics projects

(m/w/d) or comparable training with approx. 3 years of professional experience Good knowledge of hardware (desktop, periphery, printer, scanner) Good knowledge of MS products (Office, Windows) Willingness to shiftwork/readiness to work Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work is required!
