Senior Site Manager EI&C / Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the construction site processing on site incl. Coordination of all plants (EMSR/E technology, control technology, switching systems, transformers, USV, cabling, lightning protection, machine units, pipe construction, process engineering etc.) Ensuring compliance with HSE/safety, quality, costs and appointments (including construction site regulations, order & cleanliness, securing the construction site) Organisation, management and documentation of construction meetings / coordination talks incl. Protocol Control of construction site logistics (material inputs, storage, construction site traffic) as well as guidance of the building journal incl. Photo documentation Date tracking, escalation and initiation of critical deviations Technical assessment of changes/subsequents, support in post-negotiations and assessment of claims participation in decreases, residual work lists and proper residual processing; Interface to operation, project management, expert planners and experts

Complete technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering/automatization) or technician/master with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience as a construction/ superstructure manager in industrial plants, preferably energy, gas or process industries (stations, compressors, EMSR) Detectional knowledge in occupational and health protection, coordination according to DGUV and safe handling of regulatory/contractual requirements Knowledge of working in hazardous areas (ATEX), required with reference to DIN EN 60079-14 / VDE 0165-1 Structured, forward-looking working, enforcement and strong communication skills High flexibility and readiness to travel (Mo.–Fr., Germany-wide)
