Reference number: 401230 As a location manager, you assume the overall responsibility for a demanding facility management contract with a large customer at a location in the Rhine-Main area. You lead the operating team on site, control technical and infrastructural services and act as a central interface to the client. In doing so, ensure a contract-compliant, economical and high-quality performance and continuously develop the services. Your duties Responsibility with design space Ensuring the contractual performance in quality, time and cost Total responsibility for budget planning, cost management and economic achievement Control of subordinates, contractual changes and performance adjustments Creating meaningful reporting and sound decision templates for clients and management Leadership and organisation Technical and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary team (up to 80 employees in technology, cleaning, logistics, security, reception) Ensuring efficient structures and clear processes at the site Control and quality review of contractors and suppliers Regular team, project and coordination meetings for optimal coordination Leadership, promotion and further development of service managers Customer and Interface Management Central contact person and strategic partner for the client on site Presentation of key figures, reports and performance certificates at management level Coordination of cooperation between customer and internal departments Quality and Performance Management Monitoring and Control of Performance Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) Initiating and implementing continuous improvement measures

Complete degree in facility management, economic engineering, BWL or comparable technical training At least 5 years of leadership experience in technical or infrastructural facility management Experience in the management of complex large-scale customer locations or comparable workshops Secure knowledge in budget control, cost control and KPI reporting Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Personal competencies Representative leadership and decision-making competence High customer orientation and professional appearance Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Entrepreneurial thinking and implementation strength Enforceability while Cooperative Communication and presentation capability on management level
