As Head of Building Management, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, control the workflows in the field and continuously develop processes and structures to ensure efficiency, quality and legal certainty. In addition, you control technical and commercial projects – from planning and tendering to implementation – and ensure technical, economic and timely processing in close coordination with internal interfaces and external partners. In addition, you will ensure the operational capability, maintenance of value and modernisation of the building infrastructure of our administrative sites and use modern methods of infrastructural, technical and commercial building management that you continuously develop. In addition, you will set up tenders, check offers and tax external planners, reviewers and service providers within the framework of the contractor representation. You will implement special tasks and strategic topics independently, including the development of innovative technical solutions, the evaluation of their feasibility and quality enhancement measures.

Complete university studies of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable subject as well as multi-year leadership in a similar position.
