This is expected You are responsible for the setup, operation and continuous development of the Citrix System Landscape, in particular for Citrix VDI and Citrix ADC/NetScaler Platform. That is, you take over process activities within the Service Lifecycle with a focus on service operation for Citrix infrastructure components. In addition, you will take care of providing and expanding services taking into account functional and non-functional requirements in cooperation with System Design. Furthermore, you coordinate system-administrative tasks in defined processes including monitoring of service performance and ongoing optimization in the context of event management. In addition, analyse problem situations, fix errors and deploy in the 2nd level support up to the initiation of escalations, systematizing errors and initiation of improvements to error prevention.

This will bring you You have studied IT and telecommunications or banking (Bachelor) or have a comparable qualification and multiannual practice. With the provision and operation of Citrix VDIs and Citrix ADC/NetScaler, you are very familiar with yourself. The setup and operation of Citrix System, Server Infrastructure is also familiar to you (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Storefront). You have know-how in the analysis and optimization of Citrix architectures as well as knowledge in VMware, Microsoft Server, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Powershell. ITILv3 is familiar to you as well as agile methods and you are also familiar with safety/regulatory requirements in the banking sector. You can run projects, stand out for your abstraction capacity, think creatively as well as analytically conceptually and master English.
