Project management in engineering: You independently tax projects in engineering works – in particular bridge construction works – in the performance phases 1–9 of HOAI and perform the contractor representation. Implementation and control of construction and refurbishment measures: You plan, monitor and conduct new construction and refurbishment measures and are responsible for billing. Technical concept development and assessment: You will develop sound construction and renovation concepts, check technical documents and expert opinions and carry out technical evaluations to ensure optimal solutions for each project phase. Contract management: You will start tender documents, accompany the procurement procedures and tax the follow-up management to ensure economic and legal decisions in the course of the project. Committee work and project communication: You represent your projects in internal committees and specialist meetings and communicate project results to the outside – for example in public meetings, digital formats or in coordination with the press report.

You have one of the following qualifications: A completed engineering degree (Diplom TH, Diplom FH, Master, Bachelor) of subjects Civil engineering or comparable, or The career capability for the high-end engineering service.

Multiannual professional experience and safe expertise in engineering and/or road construction – in planning and/or construction/project management during construction. You own the license class B. You have a well-founded expertise in engineering construction as well as good legal knowledge, especially in building and planning law, HOAI, VOB and ZTV-ING. You have routine in project, time and appointment management, bringing analytical thinking, conceptual strength and a sovereign appearance in bodies. You like to work in the team, communicate clearly and motivatingly and constructively with conflicts, while you are sensitive in contact with different stakeholders.
