Responsibility for active guest contact Ensuring our quality standards Ensure optimal room and bed occupancy Support of department management Professional complaint handling Support in the management, training and deployment planning of employees and trainees Active promotion of the H-Rewards program by providing the program benefits to guests and colleagues, as well as support in the continuous development of the program presence at the hotel

Complete training in the hotel industry First leadership experience of advantage Host Personality readiness, initiative and commitment Team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
