As a Strategy Manager:in you will help shape how we strategically align and develop as a company to advance our vision of a sustainable energy future.

In this role you work closely with different areas. That is why personal exchange is important to us. Even if Remote is possible with us, we are happy if you are regularly in Kempten on site and support us with the following tasks: Development and implementation of the corporate strategy in the field of battery storage of business models, network integration and internationalisation Analysis and Priority of Business Areas, Market Opportunities and Competition Situations Monitoring and evaluation of relevant markets, trends and regulatory developments (e.g. storage technologies and system services) to identify strategic opportunities and risks at an early stage Development of concrete recommendations for action, e.g. to integrate storage into the electricity grid or to expand into new markets Cooperation with project development, implementation and operation to support strategic initiatives and innovative concepts for network-supporting integration of storage Creating analyses, basis of decision and presentations for management, investors and other stakeholders Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with network operators and other players in the field of battery storage and renewable energy Participation in trade fairs and industry events for market observation and presentation of the company

Multiannual professional experience (4-5 years) in strategy development, ideally in the field of energy management with a focus on battery storage and flexibility markets Strong analytical and strategic thinking, as well as a structured approach to complex issues Comprehensive knowledge of market mechanisms, business models and regulatory frameworks in the field of energy storage Convincing communication of strategic content – both in exchange with internal teams and with external partners or stakeholders Self-responsible, solution-oriented operation and willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic environment Enthusiasm for renewable energy and storage technologies German and English skills in word and writing
