You run a team consisting of approximately 15-20 service technicians professionally and disciplinefully You are responsible for the administration, organization and coordination of service technicians With your service technicians, you conduct regular feedback talks and ensure complete equipment You agree closely with the interfaces and the operational management and your own team You opt for material and logistics processes You organize the training and training of service technicians and assist in the implementation of theoretical and practical training You ensure the quality of the assembly process in cooperation with the respective quality tester
