As an institution of the company, you are the chief engineerin your constantly growing, currently 15-member team, orchestrate from management perspective core business, organization and processes and inspire your partner with deed and number. Focusing on the region, you are systematically pursuing the achievement of the company's goals and controlling the company's skills in an operational and strategic manner. As a civil engineer*in you have extensive expertise in the field of civil engineering, sufficient experience in the construction management of civil engineering work and are in the relevant civil engineering standards, guidelines and regulations, in particular on environmental, nature and landscape protection. Their expertise is based on technical expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, leadership excellence and strategic vision. As a general manager, you are familiar with all the performance phases of HOAI from 1 to 9, where many strategic and economic decisions are taken. As a mentally flexible guiding force with healthy grounding, you are the hub for all stakeholders, take people indoors and outdoors through their authentic, integrative appearance and are always forwarded with your mindset.
