IT Buyers - Focus on Full-Time or Part-Time Framework Agreements (m/f/d)

In your role as an IT buyer in procurement and customer management, you actively shape and control the strategic and operational IT procurement for the members of the KDN. You are responsible for the professional implementation of procurement and contract processes and continuously develop our procurement strategy together with internal and external partners. Your priorities include: Strategic and operational procurement management: Responsibility for IT procurement processes (hardware, software, licenses and IT services) for members of the KDN. Framework contract management: negotiation, conclusion and continuous development of framework agreements with manufacturers, service providers and suppliers. Market and supplier analysis: implementation of market observations, supplier assessments and offer analyses as the basis of economic decisions. Procurement procedures: independent preparation, implementation and follow-up of national and EU procurement procedures, taking into account the applicable regulatory requirements. Contract Management & Monitoring: Control of existing contracts including monitoring of transit times, conditions and service-level agreements. Network and market care: Active market monitoring and maintenance of the supplier and industry network by participating in specialist events and exchange formats.

You should bring that with you: Qualification: at least one completed commercial training with IT-related training (e.g. as IT salesman, computer science salesman/woman, wholesale and foreign trade businessman/woman with IT orientation) or comparable studies (e.g. business informatics, business administration with IT-focus) Professional experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience in IT purchasing, ideally focusing on framework agreements or public procurement. Procurement expertise: Knowledge of procurement law, in particular GWB, VGV and UVgO. Personal competencies: Analytical thinkability, negotiation skills and a structured and independent working method combined with communication strength, team capacity and enforcement capability. Technical competences: Safe handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems or purchasing platforms. Language level Very good German knowledge (C1) in word and writing.
