As a group leader: in the area of charging infrastructure and plant management, we are awaiting you with an exciting leadership task with a lot of design space. Together with your team, you will ensure that our charging infrastructure and technical facilities are always available and in perfect condition. You proactively shape processes, develop innovative solutions for current challenges and thus actively contribute to sustainable, climate-friendly mobility in Berlin. Together with your team, you will take over the plant management for the fleet management business unit as well as for the charging infrastructure of the BSR. You act as a central contact person:in order to further expand the charging infrastructure. Organize and monitor daily operations to ensure smooth operation. Drive the electrical systems and carry the associated electrical technical and supervisory responsibility. Promote and develop the skills of your team members and contribute to the achievement of departmental and corporate goals. Continue developing your area conceptually and override the responsibility for the punctual and appropriate implementation of all tasks.

Completed university education (FH Diploma / Bachelor) of engineering, preferably in the field of electrical engineering and at least 6 years of proven professional experience in equivalent activity or Completed scientific higher education (uni-diploma / master) of engineering, preferably in the field of electrical engineering or recognition as “other:r employees:r” Qualification as VEFK (responsible electric power) incl. Detection of the annual instruction Multiannual professional experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical installations or larger infrastructure facilities and as a manager Professional experience as a professional project coordinator:in, preferably also with personnel responsibility
