For the Schramberg, Villingen-Schwenningen and Rottweil regions, we are looking for a dedicated young talent who wants to take the next step in his career and develop into the role of an object manager (m/w/d) in the field of building cleaning and technical cleaning. Your responsibility Safeguarding the contractually agreed services including documentation and quality assurance Organisation and monitoring of cleaning processes in maintenance and technical cleaning Coordination and management of cleaning teams and operational deployment planning Contact for our customers to maintain and expand long-term business relationships Active cooperation in the operational business of staff shortages or in the case of representation Conducting data recordings on site as a basis for our internal documentation and calculations Participation in process optimization and the further development of our service standards Control and acceptance of technical cleaning with focus on the weekend The central centre is located in Donaueschingen, from here the support of regional objects is controlled. You will receive a company car for both service and private use. Complete training in a technical, craft or service-related profession Basic technical understanding and interest in building cleaning and technical cleaning First experience in cleaning, facility management or employee management (e.g. as a foreman or team leader) Flexibility for Saturdays: Since our technical cleaning takes place for the most part on Saturdays, the willingness to work for the weekend is a prerequisite Joy in taking responsibility and developing into a leading role Organizational talent, communication strength and team skills Driving licence Class B (for the care of our objects in the region)
