You take large and small projects with our customers, mainly in the field of IT Transition. You control the technical teams at DATAGROUP in line with the customer's requirements and the DATAGROUP sales units. Your tasks are: You communicate with the customer and the DATAGROUP sales units to accurately define customer requirements. You define a project team with the respective experts from the specialist teams and take over project management, management, communication and reporting within the project for the specialist teams. You agree with the sales units and participate in steering circles as well as project meetings of the customer and the sales units. You tune the required personnel and hardware resources early with the team leaders of the affected specialist teams and show possible bottlenecks early on. You make sure that the requirements meet the defined standards or, together with the specialist teams, you will find solutions that are both operational and economic and satisfy the customers. You define the performance certificates in cooperation with the customer and ensure a structured transfer to the control operation before the project is completed. For larger deviations or escalations in the project, you agree closely with the management and, if necessary, with the management.

You bring multi-year experience in managing and managing complex IT infrastructure projects. You can handle and experience established project management methods and tools (e.g. PRINCE2). You have an extensive know-how in IT infrastructure topics. You have very good communication skills and can explain technical relationships to customers as well as discuss solutions with specialist teams. You have experience in controlling and coordinating various technical teams, including at different locations. You are characterized by a structured and pragmatic approach. Knowledge of ITIL and ISO 20000 are beneficial, but no need. You do well German in word and writing and speak well English.
