Our client is a private legal institution in the heart of the Ruhr area. The focus of the work includes child, youth and family help, offers for people with restrictions as well as senior support. True to the words “being there for each other” our client is responsible for up to 1,400 employees, with whom well over 2,500 people are supported. We are looking for a Senior Support Management (m/w/d) at the next time.

Implementation of coordinated corporate objectives and the diaconic corporate culture Strategic orientation and sustainable development of senior support Leadership, development and motivation of around 670 employees Management of cost-effectiveness and financing models (SGB XI, V, possibly IX) Ensuring and further developing the quality of care and care Promoting digitalization and IT security Further development of quality management Professional positioning in bodies, public and church Accompanying new construction projects and services
