A completed study of human medicine A completed training in occupational medicine Embossed communication capability High team capability Embossed empathy in dealing with participants Ability to evaluate advice from different groups of persons Self-employed and structured work The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
