Control and coordination of the entire BIM process with all disciplines involved in planning Participation and consulting of the builder in the creation of the AIA (contractor information requirements) Creation and updating of the BAPs (BIM processing plans) based on the AIA of the client Creation of standards for quality control Quality assurance by means of a rule-based examination of the technical models and the coordination model to ensure data quality, communication and tracking of issues and documentation of model quality throughout the planning process Organisation, implementation and documentation of BIM coordination meetings Set up and maintain CDEs (Common Data Environments) Participation in the implementation of BIM-based costing and tendering

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, project management civil engineering or industrial engineering (construction) Experience in modelling BIM models and in controlling and implementing BIM projects as BIM expert coordinatorin or BIM overall coordinatorin Very good knowledge of Solibri, RIB iTWO, Dalux, Revit and MS Office Safe, professional appearance, persuasiveness, communication strength and negotiation skills Joy of teamwork and practical and solution-oriented work
