You make sure that flows of goods, communication and documentation are perfectly interlocking and our processes run round. Order processing of all relevant transactions in goods and services System-side booking of goods in the warehouse management system (WMS) Coordination of deliveries and collections between our customers and the transport partners in a door control software (Cargoclix) Creating freight documents and statistics (road, lake and air) incl. Dangerous goods Communication with customers, suppliers and forwarders Retour processing, complaint processing and return monitoring of shipping documents and freight documents

A completed commercial vocational training, preferably in the field of forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification Experience found in the logistics area desirable Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel A high level of motivation and flexibility as well as a high level of commitment Knowledge/training in the areas of hazardous goods and customs of advantage Good English knowledge of word and writing desirable
