IT-Administrator (m/f/d)

In order to achieve this in everyday life, a stable, safe and well-maintained IT infrastructure is needed. Right here you come into play: As an IT administrator (m/w/d), you are part of our IT operation team and, together with your colleagues, ensure that our technical base works reliably – both internally and in adjacent hosting and cloud topics.

Stable IT operation: Together with the team for the reliable operation of our IT – from server infrastructure to clients to internal IT services. Support & problem solution: You are a contact person for IT questions in the company, analyzes issues structured and supports our colleagues in a solution-oriented and understandable manner. Microsoft Infrastructure: You enter and develop our Microsoft-based operating environment, such as Active Directory/Entra ID, WSUS, DHCP and DNS. Hosting, Cloud & DevOps: You’ll be involved in hosting, cloud and DevOps related topics, such as virtual servers, azure, deployments, monitoring and automation. Monitoring, Security & Documentation: You help to monitor systems in a comprehensible manner, document operating processes cleanly and implement requirements from information security and ISO 27001 in a practical manner. Further development: You bring your own ideas, improve recurring processes and actively shape our IT infrastructure.

Must-haves: You have an IT-related study, an apprenticeship as a professional informant or a comparable qualification - you are also welcome as a cross-learner with corresponding experience. You bring first professional experience in IT support, in IT administration or in a comparable IT operation role. You know Microsoft/Windows-based operating environments, such as Active Directory/Entra ID, WSUS, DHCP or DNS. You work service-oriented, communicate clearly and have the pleasure to support colleagues in technical matters. You are structuring problems, documenting comprehensible and keeping track of parallel topics. You communicate very safely in German (at least on C1 level); You can use English safely enough for technical documentation and voting in the work context (at least on B2 level). Nice-to-have: Experience with virtualization, web applications or containerization, e.g. VMware, KVM/Qemu or Docker. Touch points with Microsoft Azure or comparable cloud environments. Knowledge of scripting or automation, such as PowerShell, Bash or Python. Linux/unix basic knowledge, e.g. Debian/Ubuntu, Red Hat, BSD or comparable. Experience with monitoring and log solutions such as Icinga/Nagios, Grafana or Graylog. Basic understanding of IT security, patch management, access rights, server, SAN or network hardware. Important: You don't have to fulfill every point perfectly. It is crucial that you bring a solid IT base, work structured and want to develop together with us!
