Your mission:Maintenance & Maintenance: You take care of the technical facilities – from heating to sanitary facilities, everything goes round with you. In case of malfunctions, you can show your technical skills and repair quickly and efficiently.Overall: You keep the overview and also handle other supply systems.Document: You are responsible for faultless documentation – from maintenance reports to plant documentation.Coordination: You conduct and coordinate foreign companies in maintenance and repair work. You'll be in a hurry even if it's important!

What you bring:Education & Experience: Complete training in heating technology or plumbing technology and multiannual experience in a comparable position – that would be perfect!Sometimes: You’re supersedingly fit and have a broad technical understanding.Technology & documentation: You have looked through and documented processes. Self-employed & Teamplayer: You work independently, but you are also a team player when it comes to it.Mobility: driving licence class B and driving readiness during working hours are a must.
