This is what awaits you in everyday life:

• You take general mastery activities at our headquarters as well as in the branches of our customers – the savings banks. In doing so, you will keep the real estate in mind and regularly check them for possible damage.
• Smaller repairs are carried out independently and make sure that pending maintenance is done in time. If necessary, you instruct external service providers and accompany, supervise and control their work on site.
• As a contact person for both the contracted service providers and for our customers, you are asking for a smooth coordination and coordination.
• For events, you can help with the up, re-and-down (e.g. tables and chairs) and also with internal relocations you can take up activities and contribute to a smooth process.
• The creation of reports and reports is also part of your task.
• If necessary, you will take courier trips and support your colleagues in our mail service.
