Your tasks:

• Coordination of orders: You make sure everything runs smoothly from order to return.
• Customers:You advise and support our customers to build a long-term partnership.
• New customers accompany: You take over the onboarding of new customers and are their first contact person.
• Promoting optimisation: You have our service levels and KPIs in mind and continually improve processes.
• Training & advice: You can carry out training on the self-service portal and help customers with advice and action.
• Your perspective: Keep moving step by step – up to the manager (m/w/d)!

We wish:

• Occupational experience:Experience in operation or customer service area of advantage.
• Customer focus: You love solving problems and optimizing processes.
• Structure & Quality: You work reliably and have an eye for detail.
• Language knowledge: Flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing.
• Training: Commercial training or comparable qualification.
